Alpha Epsilon Pi - Sigma beta in Santa Barbara was re-established in 2020 with a simple goal: to create a welcoming home for Jewish students at UCSB. Since then, our chapter has grown into a close-knit brotherhood where members find community, support, and lifelong friendships.
To foster lifelong brotherhood, develop student leaders, and strengthen the Jewish community at UCSB through service, meaningful connection, and shared values. The fraternity is open to all who espouse its mission.
A close-knit chapter where every member is involved and relationships extend beyond events.
With 6 brothers on the Chabad board, 2 on Hillel, and a few with on-campus positions, Sigma Beta fosters leadership, responsibility, and professional skills.
Active involvement in the Jewish community in Isla Vista and a commitment to strengthening Jewish life on campus.
"I initially joined AEPi hoping to find a community who shared a similar background, and it’s become the backbone of my college experience. As Social Chair, I manage everything from planning events and overseeing construction projects to DJing the parties. Being surrounded by a motivated and supportive group of brothers pushes me to grow and develop real leadership skills. Through all of this, I’ve built lasting connections and a stronger sense of who I am."
